sheet pan supper.


set your oven temp to 385 
then gather together these ingredients,
keeping in mind that i don't measure :::

cod (delicious choice)
bacon (yes, really)
fingerling potatoes
broccoli
tomatoes (small)
olive oil
sea salt
pepper (fresh ground)
fresh garlic

put a piece of parchment baking paper on a lipped cookie sheet and let's put this yummy concoction together.

once your paper is on the cookie sheet, add the fish and veggies (including garlic) as i've done in the picture below. top it with bacon pieces. drizzle everything with olive oil (don't be shy), then add your seasonings.



put the sheet into the preheated oven and leave it there for 30 minutes. that's it. if you have larger size potatoes than the teenie tinie fingerings you might want to cut them into small pieces. 


plate it real pretty and put a dollop of quick homemade tartar sauce on the plate. 

1/4 cup mayo
chopped pickle (sweet or dill - up to you)
thin sliced scallion (white part)
pepper & maybe a tiny pinch of red pepper flakes.
teaspoon of lemon juice
**mix this and put it in the fridge 
before you begin the sheet pan supper**
