pesto with a twist.

pesto .. with sun-dried tomatoes

pine nuts
sun-dried tomatoes
basil
asiago cheese
garlic
pepper
olive oil

loooove garlic

i gave it a whirl and it looks completely
unappetizing . . . . . GACK!
but oh my goodness, so good.
SO good. as a marinade for
chicken breasts or veggies,
 or simply with pasta.
it's a winner.

  7. I can so enjoy this Sherry, I make a great pesto pasta, with Penni pasta noodles, pesto, sliced yellow and red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese of coursed all tossed in pesto and sliced fresh basil, so simple yet so tasty.
